TWE Chief Mike Clarke to Retire

Dear Client:Treasury Wine Estates announced that chief Mike Clarke will retire in the first quarter of fiscal 2021, per a release. Current coo Tim Ford will take his place at the helm. Mike will serve as an advisor to the company for up to a year after his retirement “to provide strategic support across key initiatives including potential merger and acquisition opportunities,” per release.  “It is without question the extraordinary transformation and outstanding financial returns that TWE has achieved, have been driven
