TTB Conducts Largest Ever Pay-to-Play Investigation

This week the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) launched its largest trade practice enforcement operation to date. The TTB is targeting pay-to-play schemes in Miami in a joint operation with special agents from the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco. No results yet as the investigation is ongoing.Typically, the TTB doesn't share information on investigations--even just the fact that they're ongoing--until the investigation is complete and the TTB has reached a settlement with the parties involved.
