TPSA Files Claims to Keep Wal-mart from Adding Spirits in TX

Last month Wal-mart's suit against the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) resumed as Wal-mart continues its fight to add spirits to the shelves in its 546 stores in Texas. You may recall, the case was put on hold in May while the US Court of Appeals determined whether or not the Texas Package Stores Association (TPSA) could intervene. The courts determined it is within its right to intervene and now the organization has filed its answer to Wal-mart's original complaint
