Total Wine & More Pushes for Privatization in Virginia

The newest Total Wine location in Virginia Beach is modeled after their Seattle store, which can sell beer, wine and spirits since the passage of I-1183. The catch is that in Virginia only Alcoholic Beverage Control stores are allowed to sell spirits.
