Dear Client: Since containment measures started mid-March, the majority of states were pretty quick to implement temporary rules including to-go alcohol sales from restaurants and expanding bev alc curbside and delivery options. Some of these new rules may be sticking around past the current crisis. Indeed, last week Texas Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted that alcohol to-go sales can continue as restaurants begin to reopen (at 25% capacity) and "we may just let this keep on going forever." Similarly, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said
