The Latest Bev Alc Movement in State Legislatures

Dear Client: As legislative sessions march on, more bills relevant to the bev alc industry are making their way through states' chambers. Your editors dove through the latest filings to get a sense of the current playing field.  Recall, we did a similar read in February [see WSD 02-24-2025]. There's been little movement on those bills, although Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders– as expected– signed off on a pair of bev alc bills allowing third-party delivery of beer and wine
