Texas Distillery Sues Former Exec

San Antonio-based Rebecca Creek Distillery filed suit against its co-founder and former president Michael Cameron on August 4 for allegedly violating a noncompete agreement, reports a local publication.Earlier this month a restraining order was issued by Bexar County District Judge Richard Price, preventing Michael from any activities or employment with any company that involves bottling, distribution or sales of whiskey and/or vodka.To make matters more interesting, and more complicated, Michael claims Rebecca Creek terminated him as president "without cause" in
