Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Purchased by Wyckoff Family

Dear Client: It looks like Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) is changing hands once again. Washington state's Wyckoff family purchased SMWE from private equity firm Sycamore Partners, with the deal closing on December 4, reports the Northwest Wine Report.
