Dear Client: Consumers are increasingly leaning towards the bubbly. While perusing recent stacks of data, we noticed that sparkling wine and champagne sales have experienced a large uptick in recent months, particularly for imports. That's according to SymphonyIRI scan data in food and drug stores in the period ending March 20.
