Southern to Purchase Odom’s Interest in Pacific Northwest

Dear Client: Southern Wine & Spirits has struck an agreement to acquire the balance of Odom Corp's stake in their Odom-Southern joint-venture for the wine and spirits business. That covers Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Wyoming and Utah. As a result, Odom will focus exclusively on its beer, soft drink and non-alcoholic beverage business in the Northwest and Alaska.
