Southern Glazer’s Expands Footprint into Nebraska, possibly SD and ND

Southern Wine & Spirits is setting up shop in Nebraska with the acquisition of Omaha-based Sterling Distributing Company. Once the Southern-Glazer's transaction closes in the second quarter, Sterling will be integrated into the new footprint.Sterling is owned by the Alevizos family and its brand catalog includes the likes of Diageo, Heaven Hill, Tito's Handmade Vodka, Patron Spirits and Palm Bay International.
