Small Sizes for Spirits are Trending Up in 2017

As your editors travel the 2017 conference circuit, we've heard a lot of chatter about the increasing popularity of smaller size spirits packages so far. Southern Glazer's svp of supplier management Louis Zweig said 50 mls and 100mls are "the hottest sizes in the industry right now," during the recent ACSA conference."I'm a great believer in smaller sizes because it's less risk to try something that you've never tried before," said VACC director of marketing John Shiffer during ACSA conference.
