Skyy Files Suit Over X-Rated

Dear Client: Skyy Spirits has filed a complaint in a Texas district court against Phillips Products claiming that its Ice Hole product, XXX, is a direct trademark infringement of Skyy's X-Rated Fusion Liqueur. Why? Because the suit alleges Ice Hole XXX's product logos and packaging are "confusingly similar" to X-Rated Fusion.
