Sazerac Buys Former Pinnacle Vodka Bottling Plant

Dear Client: Beam Inc. has sold its bottling plant in Lewiston, Maine to Sazerac Co. The sale includes the building, land and equipment. Beam will lease the plant back from Sazerac at least through the first quarter of 2014 when they begin bottling Pinnacle Vodka and Calico Jack Rum at the company's Frankfort, Kentucky distillery.
