RNDC and Reyes Close Deal, Marking a New Era of Distribution

Dear Client:  The distribution tier is officially entering into a new era.  Reyes Beverage Group, the largest beer distributor in the US, has significantly expanded its wine and spirits business, closing on the acquisition of 11 markets from Republic National Distributing Co. last Friday.  The acquired operations in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Maryland, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia and D.C. will now operate as RBG Spirits and Wine. (Note, the transaction in Hawaii is still "subject to the receipt
