RNDC Acquires Natural State Distributing, Expands into Arkansas

Dear Client: Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) announced today it has expanded its footprint to include Arkansas by acquiring Arkansas-based wine and spirits distributor and import company Natural State Distributing.
