Pritzker Private Capital Acquires Bardstown Bourbon Co.

Dear Client:  This morning Pritzker Private Capital announced the acquisition of Bardstown Bourbon Co. for an undisclosed sum. The partnership will accelerate the distiller's growth by increasing production capacity, per release. Bardstown Bourbon Co. (BBCo) was founded in 2014 by Peter Loftin as a contract distiller, and in 2019, the distillery launched its own branded product line of Kentucky straight bourbons and blended whiskies now available in 20 US markets. The company distills more than 7 million proof gallons annually. They've
