Phillips Distilling Announces Restructuring

Dear Client: Dean Phillips is retiring as president and ceo of Phillips Distilling Company, which owns UV Vodka, Prairie Vodka, Trader Vic's Rums, Liqueurs and Cocktails and others. He is being replaced by Pedro Caceres, who joins parent company United States Distilled Products Co. after holding executive positions at Hasbro Games, Newell Rubbermaid and most recently coo of Horizon Group USA.
