Pernod Tightens Alignment with Southern and RNDC

Dear Client:WSD has learned that Pernod Ricard USA has extended its distribution contracts with both Republic National Distributing Company and Southern Wine & Spirits, effective July 1. In strengthening these two relationships, PR USA will be able to "better capitalize on such key business drivers as innovation, multicultural marketing, digital media and the growth of chain stores," says PR USA chief Bryan Fry. PR USA is expanding its relationship with Southern to a total of 33 markets. The new agreement
