Pernod showed an “excellent†start to the year with first quarter organic net sales up 11.6%. Growth was driven by the company’s 15 strategic brands, which grew 9% in volume and 16% in value. Favorable spirits/wine mix and strong positive impact of price increases helped accelerate the growth of the partner brands.
