Pasternak Imports Sells Strategic Assets to Esprit du Vin

Esprit du Vin Fine Wine Merchants, owned by the Taub Family, has announced an agreement to acquire Pasternak Wine Imports from Domaines Barons de Rothschild (DBR), effective January 1, 2017.
