Today, we'll pick up where we left off in the conversation as Joe shares who is drinking brandy and his initial observations on the craft distilling category. Wine & Spirits Daily: You've chosen some interesting categories to work in. How has the reception been thus far? Joe Heron: Our un-aged brandy, which is a 100% muscat, is non-chill filtered
