OWSLEY BROWN TURNS TO POLITICS

In an interesting piece of news, the Courier Journal is reporting that outgoing B-F exec Owsley Brown II might be considering running for the US Senate against minority leader Mitch McConnell. The article says that Brown was a Republic until last December, when he switched to a Democrat.As you’ll recall, Brown will step down as B-F chairman at the end of September. Paul Varga, chief and president, will take his place.
