OREGON PASSES DIRECT SHIPPING BILL

The Oregon legislature passed HB 2171 this week, which removes reciprocal language from Oregon’s wine shipping laws. If signed by the government, HB 2171 will allow all wineries and retailers to ship up to two nine-liter cases per month directly to legal Oregon consumers.
