On-Premise Spirits & Cocktail Trends to Watch in 2025

Dear Client:   As 2024 comes to a close, 2025 trend predictions have been rolling in, particularly related to cocktail and spirits trends.  Before we get into projected 2025 trends, first let's take a look at the "most profitable and noteworthy" cocktails of 2024, according to a recent CGA report.  1. Mojito. In Q3 2024, the sales velocity of mojito cocktails in the on-premise was 37% higher compared to the same period in 2023. The cocktail also remained in the
