On-Premise Operators Happiest with Wine Partners

Wine companies continue to be the favorite category for on-premise operators to deal with, according to the annual On Premise Partnering Study from CM Profit group.TOP ON-PREMISE PERFORMERS. Approximately 50 chain operators across channels and geography graded their supplier relationships, and 3 out of the top 4 best performers for total bev alc were wine companies. In order of ranking: 1) E&J Gallo, 2) Chateau Ste. Michelle, and 3) The Wine Group.While Gallo regularly scores very well in this survey,
