NORTH DAKOTA APPROVES LIMITED DIRECT SHIPPING

North Dakota Gov. John Hoeven has signed SB 2135 that will increase the amount of direct deliveries wineries and retailers can make to residents. Instead of shipping only one case a month, wineries and retailers will be able to ship three nine-liter cases each month to an individual. The ruling will go into effect August 1, according to shipcompliant.com.
