Dear Client: Initiatives 1100 and 1105 may have failed to pass the November vote, but proponents of privatization in Washington are not giving up. Senators Tim Sheldon (D), Phil Rockefeller (D) and Curtis King (R) have introduced SB 5111. The bill, planned as a referendum, would once again allow voters to decide whether or not they want to privatize spirits sales in the state.
