The name battle is finally over. Bronco Wine Co. has agreed to stop selling Napa Ridge, Napa Creek Winery and Rutherford Vintners after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear their appeal. If a company is going to use “Napa†in their title, 75% of the grapes must come from that region even if the origin of the grapes is written on the bottle.
