The Napa County Board of Supervisors are heading into the final stages of hammering out new winery rules based on recommendations from the Agricultural Advisory Committee and Planning Commission (APAC). You may recall, APAC submitted their recommendations to the Board late last year [see WSD 12-07-2015].On Tuesday, the Board continued hashing out the details on four final issues, reports the Napa Valley Register. The final four are:(1) APAC recommended limiting the development of agricultural parcels of less than 40 acres
