NABCA’s Incoming Chairman Calls for Modernization

Dear Client: Mark Bodi of the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission took over as chairman of the NABCA board yesterday, replacing P.J. Stapleton of Pennsylvania. Mark didn't begin his career as a regulator. In fact, he was in advertising for years before going virtually the opposite direction, he said, addressing a crowd dressed ready for golf on the last day of NABCA's 75th annual conference. "I believe less government is good government.but of course we need laws.. Lately there have
