Michigan AG Settles Cases Over Illegal DTC Shipments

Dear Client:  Shortly after the Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost officially closed its case over illegal direct-to-consumer shipments [see WSD 01-26-2021], Michigan settled its own, similar DTC-related cases with two retailers.  BACKGROUND.
