Luxco Acquires Veev Spirits

Missouri-based Luxco is acquiring Veev Spirits for an undisclosed amount. Veev's portfolio includes Veev Spirit, a 70 proof acai-infused spirit and VitaFrute Cocktails, certified organic RTD cocktails.Veev was launched in 2007 by two former investment banker brothers Carter and Courtney Reum. In 2011, Inc. Magazine ranked it amongst the 250 fastest growing companies and brands in the US and it won the Technomic Fast 50 Award in 2013. In 2014, Veev revamped the brand by raising the proof, redesigning the
