Kentucky Distillers’ Assn. Releases Latest Stats on State’s Bourbon Industry

Dear Client:   The Kentucky Distillers' Association (KDA) released the latest stats on the state's bourbon and wider whiskey industry yesterday, citing inventories reported to the Kentucky Department of Revenue as of January 1, 2024.  For the most recent reported year, Kentucky distillers (the majority of which are KDA members) recorded a high watermark of 14.3 million barrels of bourbon aging in the state.
