Under a measure approved by the House in an initial vote Wednesday, Kansas vintners producing less than 100,000 gallons of wine a year may soon be allowed to ship to out-of-state customers and vice-versa. The proposal was added to a bill that will condone wine sales at the State Fair. After receiving a final vote today, it will then be sent to the Senate where a similar bill was already passed, and then delivered to the Governor for a signature
