Dear Client:   After a week-long trial, a federal jury sided with Missouri-based wholesaler Major Brands last night in its franchise law dispute with Mast-Jagermeister and Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, awarding MB $11.75 million in damages and attorney's fees.  HOW WE GOT HERE.
