Judge Rules in Favor of Ascentia in WJ Deutsch Lawsuit

Dear Client: A Delaware judge has thrown out a lawsuit filed against Eight Estates Wine Holdings, the parent company of Ascentia Wine Estates, and GEDS Investors, by WJ Deutsch & Sons (or DFG Wine Company as it is referred to in the lawsuit). In a statement, Ascentia called this "a major legal victory against false claims made by its former marketing partner W.J. Deutsch & Sons."QUICK BACKGROUND.
