New York retailer Empire Wine won another battle against the State Liquor Authority last week when a state Supreme Court justice ruled that the NYSLA has to produce documents it sought to withhold from its hearing with the retailer.Among the documents in question are the NYSLA's communications with the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.
