Johnson Bros. Enters TX with Maverick Beverage Company Acquisition

Dear Client: Minnesota-based Johnson Brothers announced today that it has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Texas-based wine and spirits distributor, Maverick Beverage Company, marking its entry into the Texas market.
