JFW Buying Spree Continues

It's only been a month since the announcement of the Penner-Ash acquisition, and the buying spree continues for Jackson Family Wines (JFW). The Santa Rosa-based winery is set to buy Copain Wines in Healdsburg, though the specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed.Copain was co-founded by Wells Guthrie in 1999. It now produces around 20,000 cases a year and is known for its chardonnay, pinot noir and syrah offerings. Copain does not own any vineyards, but gets most of
