JFW Acquires Siduri Wines

Jackson Family Wines has announced its first acquisition of 2015: Siduri Wines. Siduri, known for its single vineyard pinot noir from premier AVAs in both Oregon and California, was founded in 1994 by Adam and Dianna Novy Lee. The acquisition includes Siduri Wines and the Novy Family Wines brands plus inventory. Siduri will continue to operate and produce much the same way it always has with Adam as the winemaker and the staff at the winery will stay on. Terms
