Jackson Family Wines Scoops Up Penner-Ash Wine Cellars

Jackson Family Wines (JFW) has reached an agreement to purchase Penner-Ash Wine Cellars in Oregon's Willamette Valley from owners and founders Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash. JFW will focus its efforts on providing enhanced sales, marketing, distribution and back-office administrative support, per a release.The sale includes all of Penner-Ash's business assets, including the winery and about 15 acres of estate vineyards. Lynn will continue in her role as winemaker, with control over all winemaking decisions, including grape sourcing, per a release.
