It is now legal to ship wine directly to Indiana consumers, but only under certain conditions. While consumers are allowed to receive shipments, they must first visit the winery in person and sign an affidavit. Thereafter, individuals can order up to two cases a month from wineries with a direct seller permit but must show their ID upon delivery. Wineries that sell more than 500,000 gallons of wine in Indiana each year are not allowed to ship directly to consumers.Indiana
