Inside The Vintner Group’s Acquisition Spree

Dear Client: The Vintner Group has been on the move lately. In the last 12 months the Virginia-based importer and distributor has acquired five distributorships and expanded its footprint to 12 states plus Washington D.C. In 2013 alone, the company entered Georgia with the acquisition of two different companies: Prestige Wine Wholesale of Atlanta in January and Quality Wine and Spirits of Atlanta in April. More recently it closed on the purchase of Martin Scott Wines in June, giving them
