Imperial Brands Chief Departs, Files Suit Against Belvedere

Chester Brandes, the president and chief of Imperial Brands, has left the company and subsequently filed a lawsuit against parent company Belvedere S.A. in Palm Beach County, Florida for breach of contract, according to a release from the former chief.
