Dear Client: Breakthru Beverage Group entered the California market about two years ago through the acquisition of Wine Warehouse. In that time, they've built out the infrastructure and sales team to service the market, which now puts them in a pretty good position particularly as competitor Republic National Distributing Co. pulls out of the Golden State.
