Gallo Acquires Hahn Family Wines

Dear Client:    E&J Gallo Winery announced today it has purchased the Central Coast-based Hahn Family Wines portfolio, expanding Gallo's premium wine offerings. Financial details were not disclosed. The purchase includes the Smith & Hook, Hahn, and Hahn SLH brands.
