Dear Client: You may recall the Pennsylvania House advanced a privatization bill (see WSD 03-22-2013) in March. The move represented the farthest any privatization proposal had made it in the state's legislature. However, a second Senate hearing by the Pennsylvania Law & Justice Committee has solidified reports that both the bill and the governor's proposal for privatization (see WSD 01-31-2013 ) are effectively dead, reports the AP.
