FTC Investigating SGWS’ Pricing Practices, Others to Follow?

Dear Client:     The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is investigating Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits' pricing practices, according to people with knowledge of the matter, reports Politico.  More specifically, the FTC is looking for possible violations of the Robinson-Patman Act, an antitrust law concerning price discrimination.
