FedEx Tightens Reins on Alcohol Shipments to NY

WSD has intercepted a letter FedEx sent to several (possibly hundreds) of wineries and retailers around the country. The letter dated October 14 reminds the recipients--all of whom have sent at least one shipment of alcohol to the state of New York between January 1, 2013 to July 28, 2016--they have "agreed to comply fully with all federal, state and local laws, rule and regulations and orders applicable to each shipment of alcohol," sent through FedEx.As such, FedEx is requesting
